A case of congenital single kidney

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of congenital single kidney found at autopsy is presented.
1) A korean male, 36 years old, who has a hypertrophied single kidney(16.5X9.5X5.0cm, 231g.) in right side, has not any other anomaly in the urogenital organs except total defect of the ureter of left side.
2) A combined anomaly was abesence of the adrenal gland of left aide.
